Ingredients
 

  • ½ Pomegranate
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Sheet Red cabbage
  • 10 Walnuts
  • 4 EL Cress
  • 3 Handful Lamb's lettuce
  • 1 EL Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 1 EL Balsamic vinegar

Anleitung

  • Core the pomegranate. Grate the carrot and chop the red cabbage and walnuts.
  • Cut the cress into small pieces. Add all the ingredients to the lamb's lettuce.
  • Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  • Cut the apple into small pieces. Now add olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and you're done.

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Strawberries
  • 1 EL Honey
  • 300 g Greek yogurt
  • 50 g Pomegranate

Anleitung

  • Wash the strawberries and cut them into small pieces.
  • Heat in a saucepan with a few drops of water and stir constantly until the mixture reaches about the consistency of jam. Leave to cool in the refrigerator.
  • Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Heat honey in the microwave for 10 seconds so that it becomes liquid.
  • Stir the honey into the strawberries.
