Ingredients
- 200 g Quinoa
- 250 ml Vegetable broth
- 1 Handful Parsley
- 1 EL Coconut oil
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 Onion
- 3 Carrots
- 2 TL Wholemeal flour
- 1 Pinch Turmeric and curry powder
- Chili oil
- Salt and pepper
Anleitung
- Rinse quinoa and boil with vegetable broth. Set aside and allow to swell.
- Chop parsley, onion and garlic and fry with coconut oil.
- Grate the carrots.
- Squeeze excess water out of the quinoa. The easiest way to do this is with your hands.
- Add the cooled quinoa and parsley to the onion and garlic.
- Season the mixture with turmeric, curry powder, salt and pepper.
- Fold in the whole wheat flour.
- Mix the mixture well and form the patties. If the meatballs fall apart, just add a little more flour. Normally, however, with quinoa you need little to no flour.
