Ingredients and garnishes for oatmeal patties vegan

Did you know that oatmeal is very healthy? They keep us full for a long time, strengthen the nerves, are good for hair and skin and provide us with a lot of protein and iron.

And because only breakfast is boring in the long run, I've revealed my favorite recipe for oatmeal fritters. I hope you like it at least as much as I do! :)

The meaty color gets the patties from tomato paste and curry powder. For flavor, I still pack garlic and onion in the recipe.

A few chopped walnuts, grated carrots and Flaxseed* ensure that the Oatmeal fritters get well properly.

Flaxseed* are very valuable omega-3 fatty acids, of which we all consume far too little. The small brown seeds keep our digestion on its toes.

That's why I regularly include them in recipes of all kinds. They are a fixed component on every salad and are also added to muesli.

In our oatmeal patties, they serve as a binder. They soak up vegetable broth and help prevent the meatballs from falling apart during frying.

As a side dish I like to use red cabbage and potatoes with parsley. It's also mega tasty with more unusual side dishes like mashed peas. Or simply a huge bowl of mixed salad.

Our conclusion

An unbelievably delicious aroma fills the room when you fry these meatballs in the pan. This is already a little taste of the veggie meatballs. I think this recipe is a great alternative for meatballs. Kudos to this quick recipe that Oatmeal fritters vegan and healthy. By the way: The loaves also taste wonderful as a burger!
