Balsamic vinegar
Instruction
Core the pomegranate. Grate the carrot and chop the red cabbage and walnuts.
Cut the cress into small pieces. Add all the ingredients to the lamb's lettuce.
Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Cut the apple into small pieces. Now add olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and you're done.
