Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Canned lentils
  • 1-2 Spring onions
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Paprika
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 2-3 EL chopped nuts
  • 1 Handful green salad
  • 1 Handful Herbs like dill, parsley, chives, mint
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 Pinch Salt and chili powder
  • 1 TL Curry powder

Anleitung

  • Wash the lentils well and set them aside.
  • Chop the vegetables and herbs.
  • Mix herbs, vegetables and lentils in a bowl.
  • The dressing consists of a pressed clove of garlic, lemon juice, salt, chili powder and curry. Mix the ingredients and mix with the lentils.
