Wraps are not only an ideal snack for the office, they also make a good lunch. If you want to give up meat and dairy products for a day, vegan wraps are perfect.

Wraps with tofu and avocado

Ingredients
 

  • 150 g Cauliflower
  • ½ Red onion
  • 100 g smoked tofu
  • 150 g Chickpeas
  • 2 TL Curry powder
  • ½ Avocado
  • 3 EL Lemon
  • Chili salt and pepper
  • 50 g Soy yogurt
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 4 Corn wraps

Anleitung

  • Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Put it in a pot with water and salt and steam it for 5 minutes. It should still be firm to the bite! Drain the water and set aside.
  • Cut the onion into small pieces. Fry it with olive oil. Now add the tofu. Fry briefly and stir in chickpeas with curry powder. Put aside.
  • Mash the avocado with a fork. Stir in lemon juice, chili salt, pepper and yogurt.
  • The first layer on the wrap is the avocado cream. This is followed by the chickpeas and cauliflower.
  • Finally, sprinkle some spring onion on the vegan wrap. Roll up and enjoy!

If you prepared the wrap for the office just fill one or two wraps and put them in a box like this.

Vegan wraps with mushrooms

You'll never get bored with vegan wraps. These bulgur wraps are especially filling for a long time!

Ingredients
 

  • 120 g Bulgur
  • 1 EL Tomato paste
  • 1 EL Curry powder
  • 1 TL hot paprika powder
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • ½ Zucchini
  • ½ Red bell bell pepper
  • ¼ Cucumber

Anleitung

  • Bring the bulgur to a boil in twice the amount of water. Add tomato paste, curry powder, paprika powder.
  • Turn down the temperature so that it only simmers very gently.
  • Cut the mushrooms and zucchini into small pieces. Add them to the pot.
  • Dice red bell bell pepper and cucumber. Put them aside.
  • When the bulgur is ready, season it with salt. Let it cool a little.
  • Finally, fold in the bell bell pepper and cucumber.
  • And off with it in the wraps. You can enjoy them cold or warm.
