  • 200 g ground almonds
  • 150 g ground hazelnuts
  • 30 g Baking cocoa powder
  • 1 TL Baking soda
  • 2 EL Chia seeds
  • 3 Eggs
  • 50 g soft butter
  • 1 EL Lemon juice
  • 120 g Birch sugar
  • 5 EL Rum
  • 120 g Cooking chocolate without sugar
  • 50 g Cream

Anleitung

  • Heat the oven to 180° top and bottom heat.
  • Mix almonds, hazelnuts, cocoa, chia and baking soda in a bowl.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl until foamy. Add the butter (important: soft butter!), lemon juice and birch sugar. Beat the mixture until it becomes creamy.
  • Now add the dry ingredients and the rum. Mix everything with the mixer to a smooth dough.
  • The dough just lands as it is with a baking paper on the baking sheet. After 25 minutes it is ready and ready to be crumbled.
  • The smaller you crumble it, the better.
  • In the meantime, melt the chocolate in a water bath. Once the chocolate has melted, add the cream. Remove the mixture from the heat and add it to the cookie crumbs.
  • Now you form small balls out of it. Done! :)
