Oatmeal cookies without egg, butter and other animal products? Yes, you can. Vegan oatmeal cookies are really delicious. And even come without sugar.

Vegan oat cookies without sugar get their sweetness from Bananas. These two ingredients are already quite enough to bake cookies.

But then that was a little too boring for us. So we have refined the oatmeal cookies a little.

Depending on your mood, you can get even more flavor out of the cookies with ingredients you find at home.

Vegan oatmeal cookies without sugar - Ingredients

As the name suggests, lots of oatmeal ends up in the cookies. These even make the cookies suitable for breakfast. Instead of adding the oatmeal and banana to the cereal, they simply go into the oven. :)

We do not use table sugar at all. The bananas are enough to sweeten the oat cookies. The important thing is that you very ripe bananas take. Too green bananas simply provide too little fructose. And that makes the cookies boring.

If your bananas are not yet ripe enough, you can help them out with dried fruit. We have chosen cranberries.

This not only looks good, but also tastes good. For even more yummy factor provides noble bitter Chocolate without sugar*.

If you want to do without the chocolate, just use a little more cranberries. Then they are the perfect cookies for health-conscious snackers. But I need a little chocolate :)

Chocolate, cranberries and oatmeal work wonderfully with peanut butter. You can either buy it or make your own Peanut butter easy to make yourself.

We top the whole thing with a few Chia seeds* and the Ingredients list for vegan oatmeal cookies without sugar.

Then you can go straight to the recipe. Vegan oatmeal cookies are very easy to prepare. You don't even need a blender. I simply mixed the ingredients with a fork.
