  • 2 Eggs
  • 100 g Curd
  • 20 g ground almonds
  • 150 g Gauda grated
  • 60 g Crème fraîche
  • 2 Rods Spring onions
  • 50 g Arugula
  • 4 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • Salt and pepper

Anleitung

  • Preheat the oven to 180° convection. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • We start with the low carb tarte flambée base: Mix the quark, eggs and Gouda. When the mixture is well mixed, stir in the almond flour.
  • Now spread the dough as a thin patty on the baking paper.
  • Bake the tarte flambée in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, chop the mushrooms, tomatoes and green onion.
  • Spread the créme fraîche on the dough. Put the mushrooms in fine slices on top. And again 15 minutes in the oven.
  • Top the low carb tarte flambée with fresh arugula, tomatoes and green onions. A little salt and pepper bring even more flavor. If you like, you can add a little olive oil.

  • 250 g Cauliflower
  • 2 Eggs
  • 200 g grated cheese
  • 2-3 TL Crème fraîche
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 Bell bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper

Anleitung

  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Rasp the cauliflower very finely. It should look like grains of rice.
  • Mix the eggs with 2/3 of the cheese and the cauliflower. Salt the mixture lightly.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough on it.
  • Bake the cauliflower tarte flambée for about 25 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, mix crème fraîche with the remaining cheese. Add a little salt and pepper.

  • 10 g Coconut flour
  • 60 g chopped flaxseed
  • 1 EL Psyllium husks
  • 1 EL Chia seeds
  • 1 Pinch Cinnamon
  • 140 ml hot water
  • 1 Cup Strawberries
  • 2 EL Blueberries
  • 50 g Greek yogurt
  • 1 TL Lemon zest and lemon juice

Anleitung

  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Put almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed, chia and psyllium husks in a bowl.
  • Now add the hot (!) water. Mix and knead the ingredients into a dough. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water.
  • Roll out the dough as thin as possible.
  • Put it in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, you can prepare the topping: Wash the blueberries and strawberries.
  • Cut the strawberries into slices. Grab a grater and grate a little zest from the lemon into zests.
