Instruction
Preheat the oven to 180°.
Rasp the cauliflower very finely. It should look like grains of rice.
Mix the eggs with 2/3 of the cheese and the cauliflower. Salt the mixture lightly.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough on it.
Bake the cauliflower tarte flambée for about 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, mix crème fraîche with the remaining cheese. Add a little salt and pepper.
Slice the bell bell pepper, green onion and red onion.
Spread the tarte flambée with crème fraîche and place peppers, green onion and onion on the dough.
Bake the low carb tarte flambée for another 5 minutes.
