Put almond flour, coconut flour, flaxseed, chia and psyllium husks in a bowl.
Now add the hot (!) water. Mix and knead the ingredients into a dough. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water.
Roll out the dough as thin as possible.
Put it in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, you can prepare the topping: Wash the blueberries and strawberries.
Cut the strawberries into slices. Grab a grater and grate a little zest from the lemon into zests.
Take the dough out of the oven. Let it cool briefly and then spread the yogurt on it. Put the fruit on top. If you like, you can sweeten a little with honey or agave syrup.
