How long is the shelf life of the vegan cookies with turmeric?

vegan, sugar-free and gluten-free turmeric cookies

Hard to say. With us, they have not survived for even a single day.

Since there is a fresh banana in the recipe, you should use up the turmeric cookies as soon as possible. However, they can be kept for one week in a sealed box without any problems.

If you want to be on the safe side, store cookies in a dark and cold place. Before eating, just let them warm up briefly. And then it can already go round :)

Can you taste the turmeric in the cookies?

A little, yes. But the powder is very neutral. One takes only a small amount for the turmeric cookies.

What you taste are Cinnamon* and Coconut oil*. The combination with the many different nuts and seeds makes for a really delicious taste experience.

But beware: The cookies stain a little. If you put a white napkin underneath, don't be surprised if it turns yellow. But is half as bad :)

Our conclusion

If you're looking for a new cookie recipe that's healthy at the same time, you'll love our turmeric cookies. They are incredibly easy to prepare and also taste very moist. Perfect with a golden milk.
