Muesli bar with chocolate

You can not do without chocolate? I understand you :) To make it healthy, you leave the fingers of whole milk chocolate and reach for dark chocolate.

What you need:

  • 90 g oatmeal
  • 30 g hazelnuts
  • 1 TSP Cocoa powder*
  • 50 g margarine
  • 30 g brown cane sugar
  • 50 g dark chocolate

Lightly toast the oats and chopped hazelnuts in a pan. When they have cooled down, you mix the Cocoa powder* to this. Meanwhile, melt the margarine in a pan. Mix the rolled oats, cocoa and margarine with the cane sugar and a few Chia seeds*. Done.

Put them in the oven. 15 minutes at 180° will crisp up your fitness bars. While the granola bars are cooling, you can melt the dark chocolate. I think it's especially nice if you use a spoon to draw thin stripes over the bars. Then again off in the fridge until the chocolate is solid. Meal :)

Make vegan granola bar yourself

If you're in the mood for vegan, you can do without butter, honey and egg whites when preparing homemade fitness bars. The basis for vegan granola bars are almond paste, vegan margarine and coconut cream.
