Ingredients
 

  • 3 Zucchini
  • 2 Avocados
  • 25 g Fresh basil
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 1 EL Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sesame seeds

Anleitung

  • Using a spiral slicer or a peeler, cut the zucchini into thin strips of pasta.
  • Fry the zucchini strips briefly in a pan. Without oil!
  • Peel the avocado and put the flesh in a food processor with the basil leaves, garlic cloves, salt, pepper and lemon juice and blend until you get a creamy sauce.
  • Put the zucchini noodles on a plate along with the sauce.
  • Sprinkle the pasta with sesame seeds.
