Using a spiral slicer or a peeler, cut the zucchini into thin strips of pasta.
Fry the zucchini strips briefly in a pan. Without oil!
Peel the avocado and put the flesh in a food processor with the basil leaves, garlic cloves, salt, pepper and lemon juice and blend until you get a creamy sauce.
Put the zucchini noodles on a plate along with the sauce.
