- 2 small Zucchinis
- 2 TL Sea salt
- 2 Eggs
- 100 g Parmesan grated
- 1 EL Coconut flour
- 1 Pinch Nutmeg
- 1 EL Parsley chopped
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1/2 Onion
Anleitung
- Grate the zucchini with a fine grater into small strips. Put the zucchini pieces in a bowl and mix them with salt.
