Ingredients
 

  • 1 large Zucchini
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 1/2 Can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 1 Branch Rosemary
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 TL Oregano
  • Salt and pepper

Anleitung

  • Chop the onion and fry it with a little olive oil. 
  • Add the tomatoes and simmer until the liquid evaporates a little. Season with rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper. 
  • Cut the zucchini into slices about 2 cm thick. Fry them with a little olive oil on both sides.
  • First put the tomato sauce on the zucchini pizza bites. Then the cheese. You can put the pizzas in the oven or just leave them in the pan and put the lid on. This way the cheese melts within 2 minutes.
  • Garnish the zucchini pizza bites with fresh basil. Meal time!
