Spicy muffins with salmon and egg
Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini
- 4 Carrots
- 200 g Smoked salmon
- 2 Eggs
- 50 ml Oil
- 50 ml Milk
- 200 g Natural yogurt
- 1/2 Confederation Dill
- 1/2 Packet Baking powder
- 250 g Whole spelt flour
Anleitung
- Wash the zucchini and carrots. Cut them into thin strips with a peeler.
- Cut the salmon into strips.
- Mix eggs, oil, milk, yogurt and finely chopped herbs.
- Now add flour and baking powder.
- Pour the mixture into the muffin cups. Be careful to fill only about half full.
- Roll up a zucchini slice, a carrot slice, and a piece of salmon.
- Press the rolls into the muffin tin. Put them in the oven.
- Spicy muffins with salmon and egg need 20 minutes at 180°.
