Ingredients
 

  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 4 Carrots
  • 200 g Smoked salmon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 ml Oil
  • 50 ml Milk
  • 200 g Natural yogurt
  • 1/2 Confederation Dill
  • 1/2 Packet Baking powder
  • 250 g Whole spelt flour

Anleitung

  • Wash the zucchini and carrots. Cut them into thin strips with a peeler.
  • Cut the salmon into strips.
  • Mix eggs, oil, milk, yogurt and finely chopped herbs.
  • Now add flour and baking powder.
  • Pour the mixture into the muffin cups. Be careful to fill only about half full.
  • Roll up a zucchini slice, a carrot slice, and a piece of salmon.
  • Press the rolls into the muffin tin. Put them in the oven.
  • Spicy muffins with salmon and egg need 20 minutes at 180°.
