  • 60 ml Rapeseed oil
  • 2-3 EL Honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 EL Chia seeds

Anleitung

  • Preheat the oven to 180°. If you want to bake with convection, 170° is sufficient.
  • Mix the almonds, poppy seeds, baking powder and chia. Now stir in honey, oil and eggs. Mix all ingredients with a mixer until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into the muffin baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes.

The topping for our muffins without sugar
