What you need for our homemade garlic sauce
- 1-2 clove(s) of garlic
- 1 cup sour cream
- Herbal salt
- Fresh chives
Chop the garlic very finely. Mix it with the sour cream, herb salt and finely chopped chives. Put it in the refrigerator. Let the sauce rest a little - then it can really take on the flavor of the garlic.

Ingredients
- ½ Can Tuna
- 3 EL Sour cream
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Sheet Lettuce
- 2 EL Garlic sauce
- 1 Wrap
Anleitung
- Mix tuna, sour cream and finely chopped shallot. Season with salt to taste.
- Peel the egg and cut it into thin slices.
- Now chop the tomato and bell bell pepper.
- Heat the wrap in the microwave.
- Put the lettuce in the wrap. Follow with the garlic sauce and then the tuna. Roll up and ready!

Vegan lentil wraps
Or do you prefer it vegan? There are quite a few fillings that make wraps recipes vegan and super delicious. Lentils are a wonderful example.

- ½ red onion
- 1 TL Olive oil

- 1 Handful Salad
- 1 Wrap
Anleitung
- Prepare the lentils the night before. Then they can infuse nicely. Mix the lentils with onion, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl.
- The next day, season it with curry powder.
- Cut the bell bell pepper and tomato into small pieces.
- Place the lettuce in the wrap.
- Fill the lentils into the wrap and then the vegetables.
- Roll up the wrap.

- 1 Paprika
- ½ Egg
- 50 g Smoked salmon

- Cut lettuce, bell bell pepper and cucumber into small pieces.
- Peel the egg and cut it into slices.
