  • 300 g Chard
  • 3 Branches Rosemary
  • 80 g Parmesan grated
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 3 EL Pumpkin seeds roasted
  • 80 ml Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt and pepper

Anleitung

  • Separate the chard leaves from the stem.
  • Pluck the leaves small and put them very briefly in boiling water.
  • Pour off the hot water and let the leaves drain in the colander.
  • Pluck the rosemary needles from the branch and chop them.
  • Chop the clove of garlic. 
  • Puree all ingredients with a blender to a creamy pesto. Season the pesto with lemon juice. Done!
