Recipe for gluten-free bread without yeast

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g grated carrots
  • 160 g Oatmeal
  • 100 g Sunflower seeds
  • 90 g Flaxseed
  • 35 g Psyllium husks
  • 30 g Hemp seed
  • 30 g Sesame
  • 25 g Pumpkin seeds chopped
  • 20 g Oat bran
  • 20 g Chia seeds
  • 2 TL Sea salt
  • 2 TL Bread spice mix
  • 400 ml Water
  • 30 g Olive oil

Anleitung

  • Mix all dry ingredients together. Fold in the grated carrots.
  • Mix water and oil in a bowl.
  • Pour the liquid to the dry ingredients and mix with a blender.
  • Pour the dough for the gluten-free bread into a loaf pan. Preferably with a sheet of baking paper in between.
  • Let the bread rest for two hours.
  • Preheat the oven to 170°.
  • Bake the bread for half an hour. 
  • Take the carrot bread out of the oven and prop it up on baking paper. Bake the bread for another 30-40 minutes.
