Ingredients
 

  • 150 ml Milk
  • 10 g Chocolate protein powder
  • 50 g Oatmeal
  • 1 TL Cocoa powder
  • 1 Pinch Cinnamon
  • 1-2 EL Yogurt

Anleitung

  • Pour the milk into a saucepan. Stir the Chocolate protein powder under.
  • Add the oatmeal and let it boil briefly. You have to stir constantly so that nothing burns!
  • When the protein porridge has the desired consistency, stir in the cocoa powder and cinnamon. Remove the pot from the heat.
  • While your oatmeal cools a bit, wash the fruit and chop the nuts. 
  • Garnish your protein porridge with the fruits and a little yogurt

Fruity protein porridge with vanilla

All those who prefer fruity, can also prepare the protein porridge with vanilla and fruit.

Ingredients
 

  • 10 g Protein powder vanilla
  • 140 ml Milk
  • 40 g Oatmeal
  • 1/2 Vanilla bean
  • 1 Handful Strawberries and raspberries for fruit puree

Anleitung

  • Stir the Protein powder with vanilla flavor into the milk. 
  • Add the oatmeal.
  • While the milk is boiling, scrape out the vanilla bean. Add the vanilla pulp.
  • Wait until your protein porridge solidifies during cooking. Do not forget to stir constantly!
  • When it is ready. Take the pot off the stove and let the mixture cool a little.
  • In the meantime, prepare the fruit puree. Take the berries, cut them into small pieces and put them into a pot.
  • Heat them while stirring constantly. You usually don't need water for this. Just a little patience. Especially the strawberries contain a lot of water.
  • Fill the fruit puree into a glass and add your protein porridge. Done! :)
