While the milk is boiling, scrape out the vanilla bean. Add the vanilla pulp.
Wait until your protein porridge solidifies during cooking. Do not forget to stir constantly!
When it is ready. Take the pot off the stove and let the mixture cool a little.
In the meantime, prepare the fruit puree. Take the berries, cut them into small pieces and put them into a pot.
Heat them while stirring constantly. You usually don't need water for this. Just a little patience. Especially the strawberries contain a lot of water.
Fill the fruit puree into a glass and add your protein porridge. Done! :)
