Everyone knows porridge. If you love it as much as I do, then you'll love this classic apple Cinnamon* Love porridge.

Let's start the day vegan this time and give up milk and honey.

This makes the classic oatmeal recipe even healthier and more varied.

A really good porridge needs neither milk nor honey. I simply use buckwheat drink - my absolute favorite - and sweeten it with ripe apples.

Porridges are very healthy because they contain a lot of protein and lots of complex carbohydrates.

This is wonderful for a start to the day full of power.

Apple Cinnamon* Porridge fills you up for a long time, warms you up from the inside and also brings the many health benefits of apples into your bowl.

But let's get started right away. I'm sure your stomach is already growling :)

PS: Who is wondering about the coffee - this fits together wonderfully. You conjure up a kickstarter breakfast with it. We only use a little coffee. You can take much more depending on your mood or just do without.

Porridge with apple and cinnamon

But even that does not necessarily have to be. The apple Cinnamon* Porridge also tastes great cold. You can take it to work in a Tupperware box and have a balanced meal on stressful days that will keep you full for a long time.

What ingredients make the apple porridge so healthy

The main ingredient of apple cinnamon porridge is oatmeal. You should add them to your diet on a regular basis. They are packed with soluble fiber.

Apples are mineral and vitamin bombs. An apple contains a total of 30 vitamins and trace elements. And like oatmeal, they also contain fiber, which is good for our digestion.

You should never peel apples. The peel is where 70% of all vitamins are stored.

How you can still refine the porridge

There are a lot of spices and ingredients that you can add to it. So you will certainly never be bored with porridge.

  • Cardamom*
  • Cocoa powder*
