Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Salmon fillet
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 10 Cocktail tomatoes
  • 40 g white mushrooms
  • 1/2 Bell bell pepper yellow
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 1 Branch Rosemary
  • 1 Pinch Herbal salt
  • 25 g Feta
  • 1/2 Onion

Anleitung

  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Slice zucchini, bell bell pepper, mushrooms and onion.
  • Put the vegetables and tomatoes in a bowl. Pour oil and herb salt over them and toss the vegetables in it. 
  • Fill the vegetables in a baking dish and place the rosemary sprig in the vegetable bed.
  • Put the salmon on top of the vegetables. Put it in the oven.
  • Your oven vegetables with salmon will take about 20 minutes. In the meantime, you can prepare the feta. Cut it into small pieces. Add it to the vegetables at the very end. 
  • Your low carb recipe with salmon and vegetables is ready!
