Salt, pepper, curry powder, nutmeg powder
Instruction
Mix flaxseed and oatmeal in a bowl. Add the vegetable broth and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, you can dice the onion, garlic and nuts and fry them in a pan with a little olive oil.
Grate the carrot and add it to the oatmeal with spices and tomato paste. Knead well with your hands and form patties.
Put it in the hot pan. Sear on both sides and enjoy. :)
