Ingredients
 

  • 20 g chopped flaxseed
  • 20 g Walnuts
  • 40 g Sesame
  • 50 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 100 g Sunflower seeds
  • 75 g Psyllium husks
  • 30 g Coconut flour
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 2 TL Salt
  • 1 TL finely chopped rosemary
  • 2 TL Bread spice
  • 2 Eggs
  • 50 ml Olive oil
  • 220 ml Water

Anleitung

  • Preheat the oven to 180°.
  • Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Stir them with a spoon.
  • In a second bowl, mix the eggs with the oil and water.
  • Line a loaf pan with baking paper. Fill the dough for the bread with coconut flour into the mold.
  • Bake the bread for one hour. After baking, turn it out of the pan and let it cool.

You can replace the nuts as you wish. You can simply use hazelnuts or Brazil nuts instead of walnuts. Pistachios and almonds are also delicious!
