Rinse quinoa and boil with vegetable broth. Set aside and allow to swell.
Chop parsley, onion and garlic and fry with coconut oil.
Grate the carrots.
Squeeze excess water out of the quinoa. The easiest way to do this is with your hands.
Add the cooled quinoa and parsley to the onion and garlic.
Season the mixture with turmeric, curry powder, salt and pepper.
Fold in the whole wheat flour.
Mix the mixture well and form the patties. If the meatballs fall apart, just add a little more flour. Normally, however, with quinoa you need little to no flour.
