  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1/2 cauliflower
  • 100 g sugar snap peas or frozen peas

  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Thai curry and curry (mild)

  • 4 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons walnut oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • Pepper, salt

Here's how:

  1. Wash the cabbage vegetables and cut off small peas. Fill a wide pot with water. 1 cm of water height is enough. Put the cauliflower in it with the florets facing upwards. Add salt and steam for 5 minutes with the lid on. Then drain.
  2. Wash the spring onions and cut into rings. Rinse and drain the raspberries.
  3. For the vinaigrette, mix raspberry vinegar, honey, mustard, salt and pepper. Season to taste with walnut oil.
  4. Carefully mix the vinaigrette with the cauliflower. Arrange with spring onions and fine slices of meat. Sprinkle with raspberries and serve.
