This recipe makes one pizza.

Ingredients for the pizza base

  • 400 g cauliflower
  • 2 TBSP. ground almonds*
  • 30 g parmesan
  • 30 g pizza cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper

Also: powerful food processor* or sharp knife and board, bowl and a baking tray lined with baking paper.

1. prepare cauliflower

Heat the oven to 200° top-bottom heat and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Remove the leaves from the cabbage, wash it and divide it into florets. If you want to use leftovers, you can also use the non-woody part of the stalk.

Roughly chop the cabbage. Then put it in a food processor, which you turn to the highest setting.

If you don't have a food processor, you can chop the cabbage with a sharp knife or use a kitchen slicer. The pieces of cabbage should be no larger than a grain of rice.
