Preheat the oven to 200° and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Clean the cauliflower and divide the florets. Put them in the food processor. Alternatively, you can chop the cabbage very small with a knife or grate it with a kitchen slicer.
Put the cabbage in a bowl with the almonds, cheese and egg. Knead the ingredients with your hands. Add salt and pepper.
Form a pizza base on the baking paper. Now put the cauliflower pizza dough in the oven for 20 minutes until it starts to turn golden brown.
Take the dough out of the oven and brush it with tomato paste. Top the dough as you like and then put it back in the oven for about 10 minutes. Ready is your cauliflower pizza! :)
