Ingredients
 

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1/2 Bell bell pepper yellow
  • 1 Handful Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Spring onion
  • 100 g Peas
  • 2 EL Soy sauce
  • 1 TL Lime juice
  • 1 TL Curry powder
  • 1 Confederation chopped parsley

Anleitung

  • Wash cauliflower and drain well. Chop finely with a food processor.
  • Finely grate the carrot. Chop bell bell pepper and tomatoes. Set aside.
  • Chop the onion into small pieces. And saute in a pan with a little water until translucent.
  • Add cauliflower to the onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Now add the rest of the vegetables. Sauté again for 5 minutes.
  • Season with soy sauce, lime juice and curry powder. If you like, you can add a little salt and pepper.
  • At the very end, add the parsley. And the cauliflower rice is ready :)

How to freeze cauliflower rice

Cauliflower is great for freezing! I'm sure the Meal Preper will be happy to hear that. When you freeze it, it's best to do it raw.

The cauliflower is chopped and portioned for this, but not fried. Put it in freezer boxes or freezer bags. When you're hungry, thaw it and fry it fresh with vegetables.

And do you still have too much cauliflower, you can even make a juicy chocolate cake out of it :)

You can easily prepare the rice and take it with you. Whether to work, to the university or to the park. It tastes just as good lukewarm as hot or cold.
