Ingredients
 

  • 1 Cauliflower
  • 100 g Wholemeal flour
  • 180 ml Oat milk unsweetened
  • 60 ml Water
  • 2 TL fine garlic powder
  • 2 TL Paprika powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt and pepper
  • Breadcrumbs (breadcrumbs)
  • 2 Branches Rosemary
  • 10 EL Barbecue sauce
  • 2 EL Chili sauce

Anleitung

  • Preheat the oven to 180°. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Divide the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, oat milk, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt and bell pepper. Stir well until no lumps are visible.
  • Dip the cauliflower in the marinade. Tip: If you have time, you can leave the cauliflower in the marinade for a while. Then vegan chicken wings really get a lot of flavor!
  • Finally, coat the cauliflower florets in breadcrumbs and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake your vegan wings for 20 minutes.
  • In the meantime, prepare the sauce. For this, mix finely chopped rosemary with barbecue sauce and chili sauce to a marinade. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water.
  • Now turn the cauliflower into vegan chicken wings. Coat the florets with the barbecue marinade. And once again off into the oven. The cauliflower chicken wings need about 20 to 25 minutes. I flipped them halfway through so they would be crispy all the way around.
