Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Natural rice
  • 1 Onion
  • 1/2 kg fresh tomatoes
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 1/2 Confederation Chives and parsley
  • 1 Bar Celery
  • 250 ml Water
  • 2 EL Vegetable broth powder
  • 1 Pinch Nutmeg, salt and pepper
  • 1 TL Chili oil

Anleitung

  • Start with the rice. Brown rice takes longer than white rice, you should allow about 30 minutes. Cook the rice with twice the amount of water and salt. While the rice is cooking, prepare the soup.
  • Chop the onion and sweat it in olive oil.
  • Chop the tomatoes, chives, parsley and celery stalk. Add them to the onions.
  • Pour with water and add the vegetable broth powder.
  • Season with nutmeg, salt, pepper and chili oil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Put the soup in a stand mixer or puree it with a blender. Serve with rice and you're done!
