  • 150 g ground hazelnuts Alternative: ground almonds
  • 50 g Cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 2 TL Psyllium husks
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 1 TL Cinnamon
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 EL Rapeseed oil
  • 80 g chopped walnuts

Anleitung

  • Mix the hazelnuts with cocoa powder, psyllium husks, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  • Mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl. Add eggs and oil and whisk until smooth.
  • Now add the mixture of hazelnuts and psyllium husks.
  • And finally the chopped nuts. Mix well and the dough is ready.
  • Preheat the oven to 180° top-bottom heat.
  • Place a baking paper in a loaf pan and fill with the dough.
  • If you like, you can now cut a banana in half lengthwise and place it on the dough.
  • Your banana bread needs about 50 minutes in the oven. After cooling, you can enjoy it right away.
