  • 3 Bananas
  • 2 Eggs

Anleitung

  • Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork on a plate.
  • Beat the eggs in a bowl. You do not have to separate them!
  • Mix eggs and bananas in the bowl. Mix them with a whisk. Done!
  • Add a little oil to a skillet and use about a scoop of batter per pancake. Fry on both sides over medium heat and serve while still warm.
