Instruction
Mix the hazelnuts with cocoa powder, psyllium husks, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Mash the bananas with a fork in a bowl. Add eggs and oil and whisk until smooth.
Now add the mixture of hazelnuts and psyllium husks.
And finally the chopped nuts. Mix well and the dough is ready.
Preheat the oven to 180° top-bottom heat.
Place a baking paper in a loaf pan and fill with the dough.
If you like, you can now cut a banana in half lengthwise and place it on the dough.
Your banana bread needs about 50 minutes in the oven. After cooling, you can enjoy it right away.
