The protein comes from the protein powders, from the curd and from the eggs. You really can't get more protein in a cake :) This delicious dessert will help you build muscle. The strawberries bring a pleasant sweetness to the protein cake.

And the curd makes the protein recipe very refreshing. Other tiramisu are prepared with mascarpone. This tastes delicious, but is a real calorie bomb. With quark, the protein tiramisu is low in calories and still very tasty.

Honey provides sweetness in the dough. Who wants can also Birch sugar* for this. This is purely a matter of taste. Both are definitely healthier than household sugar.

When serving, it is best to top the protein tiramisu with a few fresh berries. The strawberries in the tiramisu lose their color quickly. But does not matter, tastes good anyway :)
