Fill your homemade dry shampoo in a jar with a lid. Close well so that it does not get wet and you're done.

Make dry shampoo: The tutorial
With your own dry shampoo, you can choose the scent, color and quantity. You avoid plastic waste and save packaging material. If you need to make it quickly, you even have the ingredients at home.
So, let's get right into it.
Ingredients:
- 2 heaped tbsp. Cornstarch*
- 1 TSP Healing earth*
- 1 TSP Baking cocoa* (optional for brown hair)
Also: a bowl, a spoon, a sieve and a glass for filling.
- Prepare a bowl, place a fine tea strainer in it.
- Now add the ingredients one by one into the sieve and shake until they all end up in the bowl.
- Now everything should be free of lumps. Mix the ingredients with a spoon.
- Ready! Now fill the Dry Shampoo in a jar with screw cap.
It is important that you close the jar tightly so that the shampoo does not get wet.
How to properly apply dry shampoo?
Dry shampoo please always use only in dry hair!
- Comb your hair thoroughly
- Put a towel around your shoulders to protect your clothes from the powder.
- Take a small amount of the powder and spread it in your hands. Rub it into the scalp with circular movements.

Do you have blonde hair? Then your shampoo will look a little different than for dark hair. After all, you don't want to see any of the powder in your mane. You can personalize your DIY with fragrances and oils. What is best suited for this, I'll show you now.
For light and dark hair
Those who have brown, brunette or black hair, mix a little cocoa into the powder. But please do not drink chocolate, but pure Cocoa powder*. This will make it light brown and you won't have to worry about white patches in your hair. Alternatively, you can also use brown Healing earth* take.
Light hair types do not need to add to dry shampoo. Simply distribute well with the brush or fingers. Possibly brush again briefly and the small white spots are gone.
Redheads take instead of the cocoa simply Cinnamon* and thus have neither light nor dark patches in the hair. It also smells Cinnamon* wonderful.

The healing clay can absorb liquids - such as excess fat or sebum. It also has antibacterial properties. Clay is suitable for both internal and external use. You can also use it to make face masks against impure skin.
Healing clay is a great substitute for dry shampoo. It applies quite well and absorbs scalp grease quite quickly.
