Particularly tasty and very individual, the DIY chocolate is always only through ingredients that round off the taste.

  4. Chili makes your chocolate nice and spicy. When you Oil it is best to stir it into the mixture beforehand. This way it spreads better.
  5. Dried fruit make your chocolate fruity. Especially delicious: mulberries, mango, raisins, dates or cranberries.
  6. More Crunch gets the chocolate through Oatmeal or cornflakes
  7. Coconut flakes or flakes give the chocolate a heavenly taste

What you need to know about making your own chocolate: Shelf life

Rather make little and eat it up quickly. Because homemade chocolate melts faster than industrially produced. It does not keep as long. In addition, your Schoki reacts sensitively to light, heat and humidity. But there are no artificial ingredients in it :)

It is best to store the candy in the refrigerator. After 3-5 minutes at room temperature, it tastes especially delicious.

Our conclusion

As soon as we arrived at the office, the chocolate was gone. That clearly speaks for the two recipes. Making chocolate yourself is not that complicated, but it can be quite a mess if you are disorganized. So better at the beginning already prepare everything. Meal :)

PS: With Cocoa butter* tastes better in my opinion. If you are interested in Coconut oil* must really love the taste of coconut. Because it is quite dominant.
