Ingredients
 

  • 300 ml lukewarm water
  • 6 g Dry yeast
  • 1 TL Coconut blossom sugar
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 500 g Whole spelt flour
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 2 EL Water
  • 4 EL Sesame

Anleitung

  • Mix the water, yeast and coconut blossom sugar in a bowl. Important: The water must be lukewarm! Let the mix stand for 10 minutes.
  • Mix salt and flour in a bowl.
  • Pour in the yeast-water mixture. Add the olive oil. Knead the dough with your hands for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  • Form a ball and cover the bowl with the dough with a cloth.
  • Place the bowl in a warm place and let the dough rest for 50-60 minutes. When it has about doubled in size, it is ready. In the meantime, place a sheet of baking paper on the baking tray.
  • Sprinkle flour on the work surface. Form 8 rolls of the same size.
  • Put the rolls on the baking tray. Let the rolls stand for another 10 minutes.
  • Brush them with water and sprinkle the sesame seeds on the buns. By the way, the water is only for the sesame seeds to stay on the buns and not fall off right away.
  • Bake the rolls for 15 minutes at 180° top-bottom heat.

  • Honey or Birch sugar* for sweetening
