The magic word is: No bake. In other words, cakes from the refrigerator or freezer. This saves a lot of time and a little energy. In addition, the chocolate cake can not burn or scorch. By freezing, the vitamins and nutrients of the nuts and banana are better preserved.

Ingredients
 

Cake base

  • 1 Cup pitted dates
  • 1 Cup Walnuts and almonds
  • 1/4 Cup Baking cocoa

Chocolate cream

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1/2 Cup Baking cocoa
  • 4 TL Almond paste
  • 4 TL Honey or agave syrup

Anleitung

  • Put the ingredients for the base in the food processor.
  • Grind them on high speed until you get a cake-like consistency. The "dough" does not have to stick together. The chocolate layer, which now comes on the bottom, ensures that everything binds together.
  • Spread the mixture in a glass mold or tupperware.
  • Now put the ingredients for the chocolate cream in the food processor until you have a smooth cream.
  • Spread the chocolate cream evenly over the cake base,
  • Put the brownies in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
  • The layers now combine and become a little firmer. Try with the knife whether your chocolate cake without baking is already ready. If it still sticks too much, put it back in the freezer.
  • When the brownies are ready, cut them into small pieces. Let the piece stand briefly, then the chocolate mousse becomes more liquid again.
  • Refine the brownies with delicious fruit, blueberries fit great!
