Instruction
Bring the bulgur to a boil in twice the amount of water. Add tomato paste, curry powder, paprika powder.
Turn down the temperature so that it only simmers very gently.
Cut the mushrooms and zucchini into small pieces. Add them to the pot.
Dice red bell bell pepper and cucumber. Put them aside.
When the bulgur is ready, season it with salt. Let it cool a little.
Finally, fold in the bell bell pepper and cucumber.
And off with it in the wraps. You can enjoy them cold or warm.
