Very simple and without training equipment. In this exercise you stand on your toes and train yourself slim calves

The special thing about the tiptoe exercise

This leg exercise you can do just anywhere. Without any training equipment and much effort you will get slim calves.

A perfect exercise that you can easily integrate into your everyday life. All you need at the beginning is a wall, counter or a higher table. You support yourself on it with your palms and forearms.

If you are already advanced, you can do without the wall, counter or table. What you need then, however, is a good sense of balance.

In this exercise you alternately train the right and the left calf. Through the up and down movement your muscles are trained and you get slim calves.

It is very important that you wear flat and comfortable shoes. Because your entire body weight presses on one ball of the foot during this exercise. If you don't wear good shoes here, you can injure yourself badly. It is better not to risk this.

  • Stand facing a table, wall or counter that are at about elbow height
  • Now lift one leg backwards so that it is at a 90 degree angle.
  • With the second leg you now stand on the ball of your foot
  • Lower the leg back onto your heel and go up again
  • When the calf pulls, change the leg and start again from the beginning.

Once you realize that you have developed a good sense of balance, you can do without the table or counter. In the beginning, you can also just bounce with both legs at the same time.
