Oatmeal roll without yeast
Ingredients
- 150 g Whole spelt flour
- 50 g Buckwheat flour
- 50 g Oatmeal
- 1 TL Baking powder
- 1 Egg
- 250 g Low-fat curd cheese
- 1/2 EL Milk
- 1 EL Bread spice (caraway, anise, fennel, coriander)
- 1 TL Salt
Anleitung
- Preheat the oven to 180° convection and cover a baking tray with baking paper.
- Mix flour, oatmeal and baking powder. Add the egg, cottage cheese and milk.
- Knead the dough. Now add bread spice and salt to the oatmeal roll dough.
- Wet your hands and form 8-10 balls. Spread them on the baking sheet, flatten them a bit and sprinkle them with oatmeal.
- Your rolls need about 25 minutes in the oven. They taste best lukewarm.
