Time for quick and delicious oatmeal rolls! Give your breakfast an extra kick!

Do you want me to tell you something? Your next weekend starts mega delicious! Namely with these oatmeal rolls.

That sounds like way too much effort for you? Don't worry. Since we don't use yeast, the dough can go straight into the oven. It does not need any resting time.

But these oatmeal rolls are suitable not only for those who have little time, but also for those who get a stomach ache from yeast.

The curd makes them mega juicy and gives them a really good consistency. Now the only question is: Coarse or tender oat flakes?

Quite clearly: tender oatmeal. In terms of taste, this makes no difference. But the dough is more tender due to the small flakes. If you only have coarse flakes at hand, you can chop them with a sharp knife or a food processor.

The mix of curd cheese, oatmeal and wholemeal flour makes you feel full for a particularly long time.

Well then, let's start right away with oatmeal rolls. In 30 minutes you can already sit at the table and enjoy them.
