Instruction
Preheat the oven to 180° convection and cover a baking tray with baking paper.
Mix flour, oatmeal and baking powder. Add the egg, cottage cheese and milk.
Knead the dough. Now add bread spice and salt to the oatmeal roll dough.
Wet your hands and form 8-10 balls. Spread them on the baking sheet, flatten them a bit and sprinkle them with oatmeal.
Your rolls need about 25 minutes in the oven. They taste best lukewarm.
