Milk in millet porridge

To make a porridge nice and creamy, we need milk. Whether you take vegetable milk or cow's milk, you decide yourself. Both are very tasty.

We use almond milk because it brings a really delicious taste. Who does not feel like a vegan millet porridge has, simply takes cow's milk. Tastes just as delicious :)

Calories can be saved by adding water to the milk. This does nothing for the taste.

Spices for porridge with millet

You have a free choice of fruit. It's best to use something seasonal. We have prepared this recipe in the summer, so there's a delicious porridge with millet and apricots.

If you like, you can add a little honey for more sweetness. However, if you take fresh and really ripe fruit, you can also do without it.
