Ingredients
 

  • 20 g soft butter
  • 80 g Cream cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 80 ml Almond milk
  • 100 g Almond flour
  • 2 TL Erythritol
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 20 ml Mineral water

Anleitung

  • Heat the butter in the microwave. Or take it out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before preparing the recipe, so that it softens.
  • Mix the softened butter with cream cheese, eggs and almond milk. You can simply use a whisk for this. A mixer is not necessary.
  • Now add almond flour, erythritol and salt. Mix well until you have a liquid dough. Finally, add a sip of mineral water. Is the dough too solid? Then add a little almond milk or water.
