Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Red lentils
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 5 cm Leeks
  • 1 Carrot
  • 2 EL Olive oil
  • 1 TL Curry
  • 1 TL Ground caraway
  • 2 TL Lemon juice
  • ½ TL Salt

Anleitung

  • Cook the red lentils in the vegetable broth. Chop the carrots and leeks and add them.
  • The lentils are ready after a few minutes. Let them cool a little.
  • Add olive oil, curry, cumin, lemon juice and salt.
  • Off with it in the food processor alternatively works's also with the blender.
  • The lentil spread tastes best if you leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
